Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 12 hours in advance. If you fail to do so, you will be obligated to pay the full class rate. There are NO refunds on unused or sudden cancellations of lessons with a tutor. Tutors will still be paid for these sudden cancellations.
